Bossimating is a software tool, not a professional services firm. Nothing provided through the Service constitutes or should be construed as legal advice, financial advice, accounting advice, engineering advice, architectural advice, or any other form of professional counsel.

4. AI-Powered Features

Bossimating offers optional AI-powered features, including automated estimate generation, scope of work writing, and field summary assistance. These features are powered by third-party artificial intelligence models provided by Anthropic and are strictly opt-in — your data is never sent to AI services unless you explicitly initiate an AI-powered action.

AI-generated content is assistive and suggestive only. It is not a substitute for professional judgment, expertise, or human review. AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or content that does not reflect current market conditions, material pricing, local regulations, or site-specific requirements.

You must review, verify, and approve all AI-generated content before using it in any professional, commercial, or legal context. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output. You assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

5. No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate tools and calculations, we do not warrant that any information, data, pricing, tax calculations, or outputs provided by the Service are accurate, complete, reliable, or current. The Service performs calculations (including sales-tax calculations at the rate configured by your organization) based on user-provided inputs, and the accuracy of outputs depends entirely on the accuracy of those inputs, including the configured tax rate for your jurisdiction.
